Before You Book

• There is 24hrs prior to your service to Reschedule or Cancel. Failing to do so before 24hrs will result in a 50% charge of the cost of service.

• There is an 8 minute grace period for all appointments, after the 8 minutes you will be considered a no show and charged the 50% fee.

• Services are not available to children under 13. Those under 18 years of age receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• A credit card on file is required to book an appointment to comply with the 50% No Show, Late Cancellation, and Late Rescheduling Policy.

• There is no extra guest or children allowed in the studio during the service, children under 12 are not allowed in the lobby unsupervised.

• PLEASE DO NOT EXFOLIATE, at least a week before your service. This includes any actives such as retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, etc.
